Updated Level Guidelines

A level = Competitive Tournament Player
B level = Advanced club or team player, plays some tourneys
C level = Moderate club or team player, little tournament experience
D level = novice or junior

Important note:

If you have reached the finals in a state or regional tournament, you must enter in the next higher bracket. For example, if you reached the C finals at the PA State Championships, you may no longer enter "C"s and must register in "B". at this event.
